Our policy is built around one idea: evaluate fully before you pay.

Try the whole thing first, free

Phantos offers a free 30-day, full-featured evaluation licence — the complete suite on your own rig, your own fixtures, your own shows. Ask for one at support@rocshopav.com. There is no cut-down demo; the evaluation IS the product.

The policy

• Unactivated licence keys are refundable for 30 days from purchase. Write to us with your order number.
• Activated licence keys are final. Once a key has been activated on a machine, the sale is complete — this is why the full evaluation exists. Exceptions are made where a refund is required by applicable law.
• Update & support plan renewals are refundable within 14 days of a renewal charge if no update shipped to you in that window.

Something wrong?

A refund policy is not a substitute for the product working. If Phantos is misbehaving on your rig, write to us before anything else — defects that break a show get fixed for every licence holder, on or off a support plan.
