Terms of Sale

Harmonious Technical Designs LLC · Effective September 1, 2026

These terms cover purchases of Phantos software licences from Harmonious Technical Designs LLC ("HTD"), 33 White Street, Unit B, Mount Holly, NJ 08060, USA. Use of the software itself is governed by the Phantos End User Licence Agreement presented at installation.

What you are buying

A Phantos licence is a perpetual licence for one system — one Phantos hub and every Command, Light, and companion node connected to it on your rig. Your licence includes the updates stated at purchase. When your update period ends, the software you have keeps working forever; licence verification is fully offline and never depends on our servers.

Founding customer programme

Founding licences include every update through the v1.x series, and the founding annual update & support rate is locked permanently for as long as the plan is kept active. What ships today is listed on the purchase page — founding customers buy the software as it exists now, plus the stated updates.

Evaluate before you buy

Phantos offers a free 30-day, full-featured evaluation licence — the whole suite, no watermarks on evaluation, no feature gates. We want every purchase made after real use on your rig. Because of this, see the refund policy: unactivated keys are refundable within 30 days; activated keys are final except where law requires otherwise.

Update & support plans

Annual update & support plans renew yearly. You can cancel at any time, as easily as you signed up, from your licence email or by writing to us — no calls, no retention hoops. We send a reminder before each renewal. A lapsed plan never stops the software: you keep the last version you received, forever.

Support

Support is provided by email at support@rocshopav.com, business days, US Eastern. We aim to respond within two business days; founding customers are prioritized. Critical fixes for show-breaking or data-loss defects are shipped to all licence holders, on or off a support plan.

Where we sell

Licences are currently sold to customers in the United States. If you are outside the US, write to us — we are expanding availability deliberately, not carelessly.

The honest part

Phantos is professional show-control software from a small company. It is pre-release software sold on its present, working capabilities — never on promises. Do not run any pre-release software in front of an audience without a fallback, and never use Phantos to control rigging, automation, pyrotechnics, or anything life-safety. The EULA states this in full.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Purchases may be processed by our merchant of record, whose checkout terms are presented at the time of sale.
